At DALIwarehouse.com, we ensure fast and reliable delivery. If you're not satisfied with your order, you can easily return it. This page provides all the information about our shipping and return procedures.
Shipping
We pack and ship your order quickly and with care. Below you’ll find answers to frequently asked questions about shipping methods, costs, tracking, and collection.
Your order will be shipped once it has been fully assembled. For shipping within the Netherlands, you can choose between PostNL and DPD. Please note that DPD typically ships only on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 08:00 (Dutch time), provided the product is in stock. PostNL orders that are in stock are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days. For orders to other countries, we use PostNL International or DPD.
If a product is out of stock or you ordered more than what’s available, your order is usually shipped within 8 business days. Note: this depends on the manufacturer's lead time and may be shorter or longer.
We cannot guarantee the delivery times of the parcel services. For the most up‑to‑date status of your shipment, please check the track & trace link you’ll receive once your order has been shipped.
When you place an order shipped with PostNL or DPD, shipping costs are calculated. These costs are displayed at checkout. These amounts exclude any import fees, customs duties or VAT charges that may apply for deliveries outside the EU. As the purchaser, you are responsible for these costs.
Once your order is registered with the carrier, you will receive a track & trace link via your provided email address. With this link, you can follow your shipment. If your package has been shipped but you haven't received a track & trace, please contact our customer service.
If you have chosen to pick up your order, you will be notified by email when it's ready for collection. You can pick it up on working days between 08:30 and 16:30 at our Hazerswoude‑Dorp location. Note: pickup is only possible for orders from within the Netherlands. Please bring your pickup notification with you.
Returns
Is a product not what you expected or did it arrive damaged? No problem — here you’ll find how to return items, what the conditions are, and how refunds are handled.If your purchase does not fully meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days. This return period starts the day after you receive the product. You are not legally required to provide a reason for the return, but we would appreciate it.
Note: A return can only be created through your account. Don’t have an account? Use the email address you placed your order with and select “Forgot password”. An account will be created automatically, allowing you to submit an RMA request.
After registering your return, you will receive a confirmation email once it has been approved. You may then return the product to us. Products can only be returned unused and in their original, undamaged and unmarked packaging. Return shipping costs are at your own expense. If you return a package from abroad, you are also responsible for any import duties or customs charges incurred again.
Exceptions:
Some items cannot be returned:
- Software
- Specials: products ordered or made specifically for you
- Written, programmed or otherwise configured components
- Components explicitly marked as non-returnable
Note: Many of our components are sealed. Once this seal has been broken, we consider the product used and/or programmed. In that case, the item cannot be returned.
If a product does not have a seal, the packaging must not tear, be damaged or be written on when opened. In such cases the item also cannot be returned.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incomplete, you can choose to return or exchange it free of charge. You can do this via a return request.
If return shipments are underpaid, we will charge you the remaining amount.
If your return is not registered, it will NOT be processed.
If you return the complete order, you will receive a full refund including shipping costs. If you return only part of your order, you will receive a refund for those items only, without shipping costs.
Once we receive your return, we will process it as soon as possible. The amount will be refunded upon completion of the return inspection. This will be done within the statutory 14 days after receipt. In most cases, this is processed within one week.
