At DALIwarehouse.com, we strive to provide the highest quality products. If a product becomes defective despite normal use and through no fault of your own, the following warranty conditions apply.

Warranty Overview

  • Business customers receive a standard 1-year manufacturer's warranty.
  • Consumers receive a standard 2-year manufacturer's warranty.
  • Consumers are also entitled to statutory warranty rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
  • If a different warranty period is stated on the product page, that period shall apply.

Manufacturer's Warranty

The manufacturer's warranty is provided by the manufacturer of the purchased product. If your product becomes defective during the warranty period, you are entitled to repair or replacement free of charge, provided the defect is covered by the warranty conditions.

Certain conditions apply. The product must have been used normally and the defect must not have been caused by misuse, incorrect installation, improper handling, modifications, or any other cause outside normal use. Warranty conditions may vary between manufacturers.

Statutory Warranty for Consumers

Has the manufacturer's warranty expired? This does not necessarily mean that all warranty rights have ended. Consumers are also protected by statutory warranty rights. This means that a product must perform as reasonably expected during its normal lifespan.

The duration of statutory warranty rights depends on factors such as the type of product, purchase price, expected lifespan, and normal usage.

If your product fails during its expected lifespan despite normal use, you may be entitled to an appropriate solution within a reasonable period. This may include repair, replacement, or, where applicable, a refund. Entitlement depends on the specific circumstances.

Submitting a Warranty Claim

If the defect falls within the applicable manufacturer's warranty period, or if you believe you may be entitled to statutory warranty rights as a consumer, you can submit an RMA request through your account.

No General Repair Service

If the defect falls outside the manufacturer's warranty period and no statutory warranty rights apply, unfortunately we cannot assist further. DALIwarehouse.com does not offer a general repair service and only handles valid warranty claims.

Warranty Exclusions

Damage caused by improper use, incorrect installation, negligence, modifications, wear and tear, external influences, or any other cause outside normal use is not covered by warranty.

Warranty Handling

For approved warranty claims, we do not automatically provide refunds or credit notes. We will first attempt to have the product repaired. If repair is not possible, a replacement product will be supplied. For consumers, statutory warranty rights may in certain situations require a different appropriate solution.

Please note that warranty processing may take several days or even several weeks, depending on the manufacturer, the nature of the defect, and the chosen solution.
