DALI-2 CS Integration, Instance mode, PIR 10x30m / Light

Application

Compact DALI-2 sensor with motion detection (PIR, 10x30 m at a mounting height of 15 m) and light measurement. Designed for use in instance mode with central DALI-2 control units like DALI-2 CS Master, WAGO, Beckhoff, and similar systems. Ideal for building management systems where sensor data is processed centrally. The measured values can be queried or automatically trigger events via DALI-2 instances. Multiple sensors within one group synchronize automatically. The device is powered directly via the DALI bus, with no additional power supply required.

Important notes

The sensor operates exclusively in instance mode with a central DALI-2 controller. Standalone operation is not possible, unlike the DALI-2 CS Master. Instance communication is configured via the DALI Cockpit software. On delivery, all instance events are activated by default. The device is powered entirely via the DALI bus with no need for an external power supply.
